Wow!! This supplement is a literal lifesaver! I’ve been purchasing Pure Encapsulations magnesium glycinate for years – since 2012. It was a wonderful product and a true game changer in terms of sleep quality.

However, the past few months the formula has completely changed and those same effects that encouraged sleep are now gone. In fact, PE’s current formula is disruptive to sleep – so I sleep better WITHOUT it. Which isn’t saying much.

I’ve lately purchased through multiple sources – with the same results. So it isn’t a seller issue – it’s an issue with the formula. I recently learned the Pure Encapsulations brand was purchased in 2018 by the Nestle Company, Clearly there’s been a change in the transition – it is NOT the same product.

I’ve thrown out the bottles I had in stock. And they aren’t cheap! I say don’t waste your money – or your health.
